Beautiful Room & The Entire Staff are always Wonderful. So Nice & So Helpful. When I returned to Buffalo from Florida, I had a dead battery in My Vehicle & The Staff was very accommodating as They let Me stay in Lobby waiting for AAA.

It was nice and clean. Being so close to the airport I didn’t hear any noise from the planes. Staff was nice and the young lady in the kitchen on Saturday night (2/25) near closing went out her way to make sure our food was good.

The room was laid out nicely. However, we hadn't pay almost $100 more for it because there was a snowstorm. I hate price gouging. It was clear that the bathroom had been smoked in. I reported it immediately. No apologies, no nothing. We're just told that they'd notify housecleaning so we weren't charged for it. So we asked for a coupon for free breakfast for our troubles *there were no other rooms to change us to** and were told no because we had booked through booking.com, even though my husband and I are both Hilton Honors members.
