The room was laid out nicely. However, we hadn't pay almost $100 more for it because there was a snowstorm. I hate price gouging. It was clear that the bathroom had been smoked in. I reported it immediately. No apologies, no nothing. We're just told that they'd notify housecleaning so we weren't charged for it. So we asked for a coupon for free breakfast for our troubles *there were no other rooms to change us to** and were told no because we had booked through booking.com, even though my husband and I are both Hilton Honors members.

This by far was an amazing hotel! Absolutely spotless and extremely comfortable! I did have makeup stains on my duvet cover but I didnt use it anyways. Other than that..it was a perfect night! The bedomglike sleeping on a cloud!

Staff was friendly rooms were clean and comfortable ate at the bar area and food was good and timely it is near the airport and our son used the shuttle to get to the airport at 4:30 am would recommend

Walked in and the service was great! Originally I needed to leave a key for my guest at the desk but I ended up walking them in. The desk agent without missing a beat retrieved the key and handed it to me as I approached. Thank you for excellent service

I was delighted that the hotel provided daily maid service in our room - a first since Covid. The facility is attractive with an appealing decor. The Bar/Restaurant is a very nice, the staff are friendly and responsive. Parking is easy.

I absolutely loved the woman that checked me in. I do not have a name. I loved that they had a shuttle the next morning to take me to the airport. The food at the restaurant was good as well.
